Start > HW installed > HW type known > Expansion card > Graphics adapter
Most graphic adapters save its description in the BIOS which is loaded into RAM during startup.
You'll have to use some software to read out these descriptions.
Receiving the manufacturer you can proceed with ID card by manufacturer
